How much does shipping cost?

Shipping EU: € 9,- on orders below € 35,-

Shipping EU: Free on orders above € 75,-

Which shipping methods do you use?

Currently we offer two shipping methods depending on the country of the delivery address. We’ve partnered with DHL within Europe.

How long does shipping take?

In general, orders are shipped within 1 weekday after the order is placed. After the order has been shipped, our logistics partner DHL will handle the delivery and this also generally takes 1 weekday. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. You’ll normally receive your order within 2-3 business days. Please take into account that we do not deliver on weekends.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

With a pre-order, the estimated shipping date is always displayed on the product page and during checkout. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands on this date. Please note that we do not split orders when shipping. This means that if you've ordered an item that’s currently in stock and a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item is available. If this is a problem, please order items that are in stock separately.

Can I track my order?

After we ship your order, you will receive an email from DHL with information on how to track your order. If you would like to make a change, please contact: info@bolasunderwear.com

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?

If you’re not at home when your order arrives, UPS will leave a note and your package will be taken to the nearest UPS access point for you to pick up within 10 weekdays. Don’t wait too long with picking it up. If your order is not picked up within 10 days it will be returned to our warehouse. Depending on the circumstances, your purchase (shipping costs excluded) will be refunded.

Do you ship internationally? And to which countries?

Generally we can ship our products anywhere in the world from our warehouse in The Netherlands. If we are unable to deliver an order, we will contact you and refund your order in full. For international delivery’s please contact: info@bolasunderwear.com
