How can I place an order? Very Simple
What are the shipping costs? For the Netherlands and Belgium: orders with a total order amount above €35 are delivered free of charge. For orders under €35, we charge a contribution to the shipping costs of €5. Orders over €35 are shipped for free.
When will my order be delivered? If you order and pay on Sunday through Friday before 3:00 PM, you will receive your products the next day (within the Netherlands). For Belgium, the delivery time is 2/3 days. If you have not received anything 3 working days after your payment, please contact us.
How can I pay? You can pay with iDeal, PayPal, and your credit card (Mastercard or Visa). You can also choose 'Pay Later' via Klarna; we will send your order and you will receive an email with various payment options, such as iDeal and bank transfer. You are expected to pay within 14 days of your order.
Can I return my products? Yes, up to 30 days after receiving your purchase, you can let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You then have another 14 days to actually return the products.
Are the prices on bolasunderwear.com inclusive of VAT and shipping costs? The prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any shipping costs.
My size is out of stock, will it be available again? Products that are out of stock are often part of a seasonal collection. Unfortunately, in most cases, we cannot reorder them. We aim to always have Bolas basic products in stock. Of course, you can always contact us if you would like to know if certain items will be available again.
Can I have the products shipped to another address? Yes, when ordering you can specify that the billing and delivery addresses are different. This way you can, for example, have a gift sent directly to the recipient while you receive the invoice. With our free gift service, you can have the items wrapped.
Do I need to create an account to place an order? No, we believe that ordering should be easy. Creating an account is not necessary to place an order at bolasunderwear.com. However, creating an account makes it easier for your next order, as you won’t have to re-enter your details.
How about the warranty? We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. By law, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls under the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
I have a complaint, now what? It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of complaints by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Since February 15, 2016, it has also been possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
